Responsibilities:
This energetic and technically oriented individual will assist in selling/driving and developing our document management program as well as assisting in software applications and vertical market opportunities.
This individual will also perform pre and post sales support which includes (upon installation of equipment) load necessary software and provide in depth training as needed.
As part of our special services that we provide our clients, this individual will assist in fielding network related service calls i.e. troubleshooting, reinstallation of software which includes billable calls, phone support or any network related issues.
Keeping our Sales Force educated on products including their capabilities and applications is expected on both hardware and software.
**Certifications (A+, Network+, Server+, and CDIA) are not required (but would be a plus); however, incumbent will be working on completing these certifications in a time frame to be determined at a later date.
