Advantage Human Resourcing is recruiting for a Sales Representative to represent our Client in Greensboro, NC.  The position could be a Direct Hire or Temp to Perm depending on the Candidate.  Our Client is a privately held North Carolina corporation that focuses on services, systems, and solutions for today’s complex organizations who rely upon technology to deliver business value.  Our Client provides a impressive Benefits package, including reimbursement for mileage, a cell phone as well as a laptop computer.

 

Our Clients services expand but are not limited to the design, implementation and management of the following;

 

IT Services: Network Analysis, Servers, VPN, LAN/WAN/GAN, Security, Network Infrastructure and Hardware

 

Software: Business Suite Products, Product Tracking, Client Server Apps, Database Development, Knowledge Management, eProcurement, Auctioning and Custom Development.

 

Marketing: Website Design, Printed Collateral, Corporate Branding, Search Engine Marketing and Digital Photography.

 

Data Center: Data Center Specs, Co-Location, Disaster Recovery, Hosting, Virtualization and Managed Service.


Our Clients’ technology-savvy core of employees range from network engineers, application programmers, business consultants and project managers.  They are all considered to be experts in this field and are highly trained to understand and implement their Customers specific needs.

 

Position Description:

Initially, the Sales Representative would spend time in meeting and learning about current Clients and understanding their needs and how our Client has assisted them.

The next step would be to build a sales plan to meet and build relationships with potential prospect Clients. 

Responsible for meeting Decision Makers, learning about their Companies current IT platform, and researching to find how the Clients services would best benefit them.

Present presentations to Clients to explain the implementation process and introduce the implementation team who will be planning the services timeline and what the Client should expect.

Present pricing, agreements, contracts and close deals.

Specific number of visits or calls is not necessarily important, the number of relationships built and where they are in the sales pipeline is of the utmost importance.

 

Position Expectation:

We are searching for a Candidate who is not intimidated by going out into the Market and meeting Prospects.  This can be done a number of different ways, and really would depend on the chosen Candidates method of selling in which they are most familiar and successful with.

The Candidate must be driven by closing deals, commission opportunities and passionate about building business relationships and meeting Client needs.

Previous experience in related field is not absolutely necessary, as long as the chosen Candidate has a successful track record of meeting sales goals and significant sales experience (all training on services will be provided).

 

Salary:

Our Client is offering a base + commission structure that will commensurate on previous experience.  They are fairly negotiable on the base and commission percentage, as long as we find the right Candidate with the right personality fit for our Clients internal culture.
