Seeking a closer to represent a Mold and water resistant Total Basement Finishing System. Must have 2 years experience in home improvement closing as well as be familiar with filling out secured finance applications. Must provide 10 closed sale references from 2007-2008. Up to 6 set leads weekly, every other Saturday off.
