Residence Sales Representative

Mallory Assisted Living Residence in Idaho Falls and

Teton Assisted Living Residence in West Texburg, Idaho

Terrific opportunity for an energetic, focused sales person for our Assisted Living Residences for Seniors.    You will call on community and healthcare professionals to obtain referrals of seniors in need of our services.

Requirements:

·        Implement a planned sales strategy to gain maximum occupancy and revenue targets and to increase the awareness and reputation of our residences. 

·        Daily travel and cold calling within the area is required. 

·        Ability to identify the unique needs of each family, give tours and close the sale of our month to month leases. 

·        Excellent ability to communicate and build relationships.

·        2+ years outside sales experience preferably in healthcare.
