Sales Representative

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc., the world’s largest manufacturer of underground construction products is seeking a highly motivated sales professional for the state of Maryland.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (marketing, engineering and business related degrees preferred), minimum 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success, highly motivated and goal oriented, and excellent face-to-face presentation and communication skills. Knowledge of the construction industry a plus.

Responsibilities include marketing our products to a variety of customers, maintaining and growing an existing customer base, and acquiring new and prospective customers in a defined geographical territory.

We offer an excellent compensation package that includes the following: salary plus commissions, company vehicle, expense account, health care package, and profit sharing programs. In addition, all employees are enrolled in a company paid ESOP program.
