Sales Representative – Commercial Construction

Charlotte Based Construction Company seeks an experienced, results-driven Sales Representative for new commercial construction. We are looking for an individual contributor with 5 plus years experience selling new construction. Successful candidate will have a proven track record. This sale’s professional will have the know-how and customer base to start producing immediately. The candidate will have existing relationships with owners, developers, and architects that will enable the candidate to hit the ground running.

Salary is 100% performance driven. Earning potential is in direct proportion to the candidate’s ability to quickly identify opportunities and to successfully close deals.

Requirements:

Five plus years experience with documented track record of both Sales performance and established customer base.
BS degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Energetic about challenges, self-motivated and able to focus on and accomplish objectives.
Able to build effective internal and external relationship. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
