Requirements:

·        Implement a planned sales strategy to gain maximum occupancy and revenue targets and to increase the awareness and reputation of our residences. 

·        Daily travel and cold calling within the area is required. 

·        Ability to identify the unique needs of each family, give tours and close the sale with a sense of urgency. 

·        Excellent ability to communicate and build relationships.

·        2+ years outside sales experience preferably in healthcare.
