Mondell Assisted Living Residence in Surprise, Arizona

Terrific opportunity for an energetic, friendly and assertive sales person.    You will be an outside marketer, and sales person calling on doctors, hospitals, senior centers, churches,  elder care community leaders including Chamber of Commerce and business leaders.   Build long term relationships and ask for referrals of families who need help caring for a loved one who can no longer live alone.   You will identify the unique needs of each family, give a tour of our residence highlighting benefits and close the sale of our month to month leases.  Utilize a planned sales strategy to gain maximum occupancy and revenue targets and to increase the awareness and reputation of our residences. 

We prefer 2+ years outside sales experience in senior housing or healthcare. Daily travel and cold calling within the area is required.  Excellent ability to communicate and build relationships with doctors, hospital discharge planners, social workers, etc.  Ability to close sales with a sense of urgency and achieve goals.  Bachelor Degree, competitive base salary, bonus and great benefits.
