Purpose:
Selling seniors Medicare Supplement policies, and making sure that their needs are met and they are completely satisfied with their policies.
Duties:
You will be required to sell and meet a set number of Medicare supplement policies every month. You will be required to service seniors with their Medicare supplement policies; make sure that they are satisfied with their policies. Make sure that you resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and making recommendations to management; conserve as much business as possible from being lapsed/terminated.
Skills/ Qualifications:
Good Customer Service background Meeting Sales Goals and providing a good service to clients Self-Confidence Closing/ Negotiation Skills. Computer Skills.* Medicare Supplement knowledge/ experience is a plus*
