Our Commercial Sales Representatives develop strategic relationships with up to or over 200 plus independent agents, to create, build and further their Progressive book of business. Selling primarily to existing accounts means you spend more time with strategic account planning and less time in waiting rooms or on the road. We're looking for top sales talent, who are driven, have passion for connecting with customers and have a proven track record of high performance and solution-based sales strategies.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
-Grow Progressive's market share through independent agents by cultivating relationships and selling and training them on Progressive products and technology.
-Basic monthly territory management and routing to manage multiple relationships and responsibilities
- Resolve agent issues and act as an liaison with the agent and the company.

Knowledge and Skills:
2-5 years recent outside business to business sales experience, including a proven ability to effectively manage multiple strategic priorities and execute routine territory management and sales responsibilities.
Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills; Strong PC skills
(MS Office).
Bachelors degree preferred

The desired candidate will posses a background of business-to-business sales experience, with the ability to provide examples of past account management success. The territory for this position is Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana. The preferred candidate location for this role is in the Jackson, MS area due to travel requirements for the position. Other successful candidates will be considered as long as they reside within the three-state region.
