SALES RECRUITER

We are currently seeing a high-energy results oriented individual to work as a part of our recruiting team in our Phoenix office. The goal of this individual is to find and recruit talented and ambitious Financial Representatives to represent Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. As a Recruiter you will represent our company on college campuses and other places and seek individuals of exceptional talent, drive and ability to interview for our career opportunity.

General responsibilities:

·         Conducting initial interviews of prospective candidates

·         Generate 50 or more initial interviews per month by maximizing college campus interviews, internet leads, referrals from our associates, and other sources of potential candidates

·         Representing the company at career fairs, conducting presentations at various college campus associations and classes, networking within the campus community with professors, coaches, career services, athletic department, and the Greek system

·         Work with our recruiting team helping grow our organization

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s Degree

·         Driven, self-motivated and independent

·         Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of the recruiting team

·         Goal oriented

·         Ability to handle a fast-paced results oriented environment

Compensation: salary plus bonuses and benefits. Position is open immediately.
