Sales Performance ManagerWork with Unit Managers to develop sales skills and assist in learning to provide feedback and coaching to the sales associates. Maintain understanding of Sales MIS results to identify/provide individual sales feedback to improve sale results. Provide OJT coaching support following sales training. Conduct training/energizers and sales boosters as required. Support Sales Training Manager in identification of training and operational action/focus needs. Assess sales associate proficiencies and deficiencies. Identify skill gaps and development opportunities. Develop/deliver actions to resolve gaps. Work with associates to identify and set stretch goals. Provide coaching to improve sales results. Track sales results after coaching to identify impact, transfer learnings and share best practices across sites. Work with Revenue Services management to gather sales information, identify areas of focus for energizers and pass on associate questions and obtain answers.

Strong leadership, communication, problem solving, influencing, project management, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Must have ability to work independently and to coach staff and Unit Managers to achieve exceptional sales performance. Technical skills to include Word, Excel, Powerpoint and UCSS. Must be flexible and able to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed. Strong sales/customer service experience, project management experience, and teaching/education background preferred. BA or BS required or equivalent work experience.
