This position is for our Sales Operations department.

 

As a Sales Associate, your duties and responsibilities will be as designated by the Company from time to time and will initially focus on:

 

1) Developing leads, appointments, sales and prospect acquisition through outside and telesales efforts as well as other lead generating activities

 

2) Providing sales support to include but not limited to: managing marketing inventory and marketing material, managing and responding to inbound sales inquiries and general sales support as requested

 

3) Maintaining lead, prospecting and other sales activity within the company CRM application. This will include tracking the all incoming leads as well as all escalated enrollments. 

 

4) Providing sales/marketing support to include but not limited to: supporting marketing department efforts for tradeshows/mailings/shipping, supporting telesales efforts for other sales channels such as the Vendor and Reseller Channel and other sales/marketing support as requested

 

Experience / Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales position with a software or other technology-based companyBachelors Degree or equivalent experience
