Startup internet company with technology and V1 product in place seeks an experienced sales executive/professional to sell, market the product, brand, and build the company to 3.3 million users.  Individual will interact with and become an executive committee member if successful.

Target Industry- (College, HS), Education, Talent search, Sports 

We are looking for a growth focused professional, not someone to fill an existing role in a structured, political organization.  Start small.  Grow company.  Get big.

 

Personality attributes most suited for this role:

Intelligence, logical, experience, fast moving, quick thinking, fun, opportunistic, open thinker, anarchist.  Understands the value in crafting a motivated, team and how much they can accomplish.

 

3 plus years experience in online media sales. BA or BS degree in a related field (i.e. Marketing, Advertising, Business)  Must have consistently achieved and increased revenue goals through closing new business. Top publisher/Portal or Ad Network experience a plus.

 

 

Sales Executive expectations

1                    Launch sales effort individually through direct sales and institutionally using the internet yielding first level operational financing.

2                    Create strategic sales vision, goals, strategy, staff, organization from getting hands dirty in the beginning to oversight of a successful unit and each stage in between.

3                    Sales gives way to Manage or work with Marketing to reach mass markets. Virally target 3.3 million repeat internet users from scratch using various sites, media and techniques.

4                    Plan, execute, measure returns, adjust, evaluate various marketing campaigns and initiatives.

5                    Be fun.
