We are U.S. Energy Group, a fast-growing energy conservation company located in Fresh Meadows, Queens.  We are seeking a full-time Sales/Marketing Assistant -- some experience required.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

Initial contact for customer inquiries, creates new contacts, schedule demo’s.Make PowerPoint presentations to customer groups.Assist with development of presentations, E-mailings, seminars, webinars, etc.Gather customer information and prepare proposals.Heavy telephone contact with customers on a range of sales and service issues.  Establish, maintain, and update customer files, databases, records, and/or other documents; develop and maintain sales/marketing data and account information.Coordinate with production and installation dept. for timely, quality delivery.Conduct market and competitive research Follow up with potential clients for proposals submitted.Schedule meetings both internally and externally as required.   

 

Skills and Qualifications

 

Some knowledge of the NY real estate market, and/or HVAC and energy efficiency products. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to multi-task.Excellent customer communication skills both on telephone and in person.Professional and courteous manner, reliable follow-through..Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Conceptual and Analytical thinking.Superb Internet skills are essential.Exceptional English skills to ensure that proposals and letters present a professional image. Microsoft Office skills are essential.Spanish, at “conversational” level, is a plus, but not essential.Enthusiastic personality, self-motivated, with first-rate interpersonal skills.
