We are currently seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to join our Sales and Marketing team in the Jacksonville, Florida location.  The Sales Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive, Sales and Marketing teams.

 

 

The essential responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

·         Manages calendars and schedules appointments.

·         Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible.

·         Prepares and sends out sales follow-up letters, proposals, visual and technical sales support

·         Performs market research as directed

·         Directs preparation of records such as agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions for sales meetings.

·         Takes and transcribes dictation, and composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents as assigned.

·         Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files.

·         Making transportation and accommodation arrangements for customer visits and other VIP visitors.

·         Responsible for that the large conference room is ready for customer visits at all times.

·         Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel-related meetings, and accompanies executives when requested.

·         Participates in trade shows, courses and meetings as requested.

·         Copies data and compiles records and reports.

 

Qualification Requirements:

5+ years relevant experience1-2 years Sales & Marketing experience preferredMotivated to take on new assignments and make improvementsMust maintain a high level of confidentiality Must be reliable and have excellent work ethic Excellent organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well with others Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/projects Some travel required
