This position will report to the Director of Real Synergy and will be solely responsible for identify companies in the commercial mortgage finance industry to create opportunities for the sale of commercial loan servicing and asset management technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating referrals, prospects, sales leads and closing deals.

 

Responsibilities include:

•Develop and maintain sales pipeline to established standards.
•Develop and implement Territory Sales and Key Account Plans (KAP's).
•Research and determine prospect account needs and criteria.
•Direct and manage sales process for each account
•Plan, develop, present and manage sales presentations, proposals and contracts.
•Cross-sell Ocwen’s other products to generate additional revenue.
•Generate leads and establish credibility during trade shows and promotional events.

Key Result Areas:

•Maintain 6 qualified field sales calls per week.
•Maintain a number of qualified prospect accounts in the sales pipeline.
•Must be able to develop 20 Sales Proposals per year and close 9 by the end of year one
•Maintain sales revenue according to territory and Key Account Plans (KAPs).

Qualifications:

This position requires a minimum of five years sales experience in the commercial real estate and mortgage industry. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the commercial loan origination and servicing process as well as experience in selling software systems or software consulting services to the mortgage industry. The candidate must have excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelors Degree in Business or related field required.
