POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Motivate / coach a team of 6 - 8 Account Representatives

Maintain a geographical territory & perform sales calls at least 2 days per week

Conduct joint calls & regular audits as assigned

Assist in weekly sales meetings to provide coaching, training & motivation

5+ years Sales Manager experience with proven results
