Job Description:
We are currently assisting our client Identify an experience Account Manager with proven face to face commercial experience. (Base plus Commission)
What you will be doing:
- Building sales by developing relationships in commercial flooring markets that supports a 2 million sales potential market.
- Maintaining relations with commercial customers by providing support with sales orders, installation, merchandising, and deliveries.
- Obtaining orders by explaining product benefits; finding ways to enhance floor space; reviewing business plans; analyzing sales volume; introducing new products; relays order to sales desk.
- Merchandising product by calling on the A&D community
- Doing lunch and learns and servicing flooring contractors and end users
- Promoting product.
- Expanding business by opening new accounts.
- Informing management by completing reports; forwarding information on competitors.
- Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
- Reading professional publications
- Maintaining personal networks
- participating in professional organizations.
- Accomplishing sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

This position will cover Minnesota, The Dakotas, and Wisconsin.
