The person in this role will be self-confident with a strong work ethic and high sense of urgency. The Division Director reports to the Branch Manager, and is primarily responsible for the following: Sales Leadership - Motivation and direction to the Account Executives he/she manages. - Incremental growth of divisional revenue consistent with RHI targets. - Provide the highest quality customer service to both clients and candidates. Develop and grow a client base - Use his/her proven sales background to develop and grow his/her own client base by selling senior-level consulting services for projects and interim staffing solutions. - Make telephone sales calls and conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of selling our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships. - Recruit, interview and place highly skilled accounting and finance project professionals. - Responsible for solidifying Robert Half Management Resources’ presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events. - Work with Branch and Regional Management to develop the division’s production and performance goals. - Supervise the administrative functions of the office. Additionally, the Division Director will use his/her proven sales and/or financial background to develop and grow their own client base by selling senior-level consulting services for projects and interim staffing solutions. The Division Director will work with Branch and Regional Management to develop the division’s production and performance goals. In addition, the Division Director will supervise the administrative functions of the division. Robert Half Management Resources is an Equal Opportunity Employer Required Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance Required Experience: Must be able to demonstrate excellent selling, recruiting, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills. 5+ years' experience working in a Big 4 or international public accounting/consulting environment or large corporate finance/accounting environment is preferred. 3+ years' experience in recruiting and/or sales desirable.
