Internal Securities Real Estate Wholesaler

Chicago-based Real Estate syndicator hiring FIVE MORE internal wholesalers to sell Class A and B Multifamily Real Estate funds, REITs and identified asset syndications to Broker Dealers, Registered Investment Advisors, Private Banks, Investment Banks, Institutions, Pensions, Qualified Intermediaries, etc . . . Earn 1% commission on equity raised. Office and position located in Bannockburn, Illinois.

We sponsor performance-based, private and public equity real estate investment funds targeting public and corporate pension funds, foreign institutions, insurance companies, banks, endowments, foundations, trusts, private family offices and high net worth individuals. Average equity raises will range from $20 million to $500 million. Commissions range from $90,000 to $110,000 (or more) per closed deal—Position income is $200,000 per year closing only one $20 million equity raise per year--this is the minimum job expectation and thus, the minimum income in this position for all performers is $200,000 per year. Top producers will earn in excess of $750,000 per year.
