Sales Executive Corporate Executive Board is currently hiring qualified individuals at our Senior Sales Executive, Associate Director level to support one of our nine research practices. You will report to the Director of Sales while working in an assigned sales territory. While the majority of our Sales Executives are based in Washington, DC, we are looking for top sales talent in San Francisco, Chicago and many other metropolitan areas across the country.
The Corporate Executive Board has a competitive employment offer that includes: Competitive base salary plus unlimited bonus potential. Commission can exceed upwards of 100% of base salary. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Leading senior executives into active membership status through a consultative sales approach Driving revenue growth by exceeding quarterly and annual quotas within assigned territory through in person sales meetings Understanding evolving business terrains while effectively articulating the value proposition of our executive programs to prospective members
Successful candidates possess:Bachelor’s degree Willingness and ability to travel Minimum of three years of sales experience with a proven track record of success Experience selling an intangible service is required, while selling intellectual services highly desirable Desire to succeed in a quota driven sales environment for a high-growth, global company Proven experience in new-business development and managing personal sales strategies and goals Solid grounding in business concepts and dynamics for large national and international corporations. Excellent presentation, communication and writing skills Strong negotiation skills along with the ability to create and deliver convincing arguments Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly with an executive-level audience Superior time management skillsThe Corporate Executive Board is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
