Sales Executives, Voice & Data Wireless Communications
These positions will be responsible for generating sales to new and existing customers within the Public Safety and Commercial Markets in Rhode Island, New London County Connecticut and Northeast territories.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proficiency with product offerings and applications within wireless markets.Establishing effective lines of communications with appropriate representatives of NECS’ product lines: Motorola, Kenwood, Vertex, Zetron, Airlink, Panasonic etc.Entering of sales quotations specific to these product lines into NECS’ internal order processing system.Initiate and follow through with product marketing activities for each specific product and target markets.Provide single point of contact regarding customer inquiries regarding marketing and prospecting programs for the aforementioned product lines.Respond to and follow up on marketing leads from on-going marketing programs.Development of marketing strategies for sales into existing accounts, new customers and markets.Prepare and maintain Sales Activity reports on product leads, sales and marketing efforts and accomplishments.Proactively seek sales appointments with existing and new accounts.Strengthen relationships with key customer accounts through effective verbal and written communications.Update and maintain sales collateral materials and current price lists.Develop and maintain effective lines of communications with all internal support groups to ensure customer satisfaction: Sales/Service/Installation.Skills Required:
Excellent interpersonal communications skills: telephone, written and oral presentations. Consultative selling, business analysis, ability to provide wireless solutions, account management, prospecting and networking skills.Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Three to five years experiences in direct wireless and or software sales.
This position is salary and commission based. Individual will be eligible for commissions upon reaching a proficiency level with the product lines.
