MotivAction is representing a well respected International Health Care IT leader that supplies the health care market with innovative networking solutions. Their open, web-based platform connects the isolated IT systems in the healthcare sector to improve the follow of information and in turn, substantially increases the quality of medical care.
This client is searching for two Sales Executives to join their progressive and fast growing sales organization. One position is based in Southern California and the other position is based on the East Coast.
The following are a list of desired skills:
Proven success in working a home based sales position with 75% travel to nearby states in market 5+ years of Healthcare Sales experience OR 5+ years of selling a software application outside of Healthcare “may” be considered Experience selling within the insurance, hospital, ambulatory or physician office market segments would be a plus for this role Candidates must have proven “solution selling” and “complex sales” experience Experience in working within an organization where there is little to no formal lead generation, must be able to develop own customer base Experience organizing and effectively working an open territory (no named accounts) Proven experience in closing $4M+ deals Comfortable working a 6-10 month sales cycleThis client is offering a lucrative compensation package including no caps, additional bonuses on top of “on target commission”, solid base salary, and excellent benefits! These positions are not for the faint of heart nor for the big ego Sales Executive. We need a proven top producer, that is likable, self managed and a closer!
