Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- College education preferred
- Two or more years of sales and marketing experience preferred
- Two or more years of event planning experience is preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of sales and marketing practices
- Knowledge of creating and executing sales events
- Understanding of strategically creating positive customer experiences
- Communication skills (oral and written); writing and editing skills

Responsibilities

The Sales Event Associate is responsible for conceptualizing, planning, coordinating and executing a sales event program for one of our newest communities, Grants Farm Manor in St. Louis, MO, that is customer-focused, offers positive experiences for guests, and inspires the customer to move through the sales process appropriately. The sales event program must demonstrate the value of the Erickson lifestyle, showcase the community in a positive way and produce measurable sales results. The Sales Event Associate is responsible for the overall effectiveness and success of every sales event and for keeping the event program customer-focused and results-focused. In addition, this person engages in the normal sales activity of the sales office, including conducting phone sales, customer interactions, and customer follow-up.
