A rock-solid company that has an unparalleled reputation in the industry, and one that has consistently increased its customer base (and its profit!) year after year because of superior problem solving skills, sales and service. Employee benefits that are unrivalled in the industry. (For example, you are on the medical plan on day 1, the company matches dollar for dollar on the first 3% of your 401K, dental, vision, life insurance, etc.) An exceptional starting total income [Total starting income of $70K to $75K] - This is a combination of $58K to $63K base salary (dependent upon experience), $10K - $14K in base commission on top of salary. [What this means is this - You have a base of assigned accounts already doing business with the company. You will be given enough accounts to earn an additional $10K -$14K in income from the business they are already doing. These accounts are like an "annuity".] THEN, you will earn additional new business bonus on new business that you sell over and above the base. Territories are designed so that you spend 50% of your time taking care of current accounts (where you get the $10K - $12K base commission) and then 50% of your time to going after and selling new business. Complete training (6 month training program) plus sales support to ensure the success of each salesperson. Promotional opportunities for proven performers (such as the Emerging Leader Program) Company Car (that is also available for personal use and with gas prices as high as they are, this is a real tangible benefit) Cell phone. Generous expense account. Laptop computer. Relocation is provided for the right candidateHere is what you will do:

Build relationships at all levels of the customer's organization (operators, engineers, maintenance, management, etc.) Help your customer's win in the marketplace. Make more money than traditional "in the plant process or project engineers"If you are a competitive proven winner, effective problem solver and can communicate your ideas to others then this is your company!
