We are looking to:
Expand our sales presence and have an opening for a Sales Director to cover advertising agencies in the New York Region. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of playing a key role in developing and maintaining revenue streams.

Responsibilities will include:
Develop and cultivate leads for the sales pipeline.
Engage and excite clients and prospects regarding our offerings, competitive advantages, resources and processes via in-person sales meetings.
Assess potential business deals, negotiate favorable terms, and gain commitment.
Identify, develop and manage relationships with strategic clients.
Provide ongoing internal reporting and analysis and work with management to generate accurate revenue forecasting.
Identify markets for new services and products.
Assist in development of local marketing initiatives and participation in industry events.
Mentor more junior members of the team.

Candidate must have:
Proven track record of sales success.
Grasp of online advertising and metrics.
Possess outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
Motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push revenue expectations.

Education and Experience
2+ years online experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Compensation
$100k+ start depending on experience
Plus aggressive commission structure
