Description: Responsibilities

*Build relationships with leading marketing executives who are seeking partnerships to invest, optimize and improve the performance of their marketing investments, specifically in the areas of online marketing programs and technology solutions that drive effective customer communication campaigns
*Help clients understand the value of online marketing as a key strategy
*Manage relationships with key prospects and assemble other team members to support the relationship throughout the business development process
*Lead business development opportunities by coordinating all aspects of solution design and service delivery
*Lead and deliver prospective client presentations and proposals to secure new client relationships
*Possess an intense desire to win

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the SVP of Sales within Interactive Services, the Sales Director effectively builds relationships between Epsilon and major global brands to their customers. The Sales Director creates relationships with some of the most desired organizations within a designated territory. They will bring clients a solution-based approach to their marketing and sales challenges. Traditional and emerging channels can work together to be powerful part of an overall strategy and set of solutions. A passion for client success along with a drive to establish a trusted advisor relationship is necessary. Creating value by solving real business problems is the desired outcome. Qualifications: *A minimum of 5 years experience in new business development within a Marketing, Advertising or Interactive Services
*Experience within ESP and/or interactive agency preferred
*Experience with managing interactive investments ranging from $1M-5M in interactive program expenditures
*Demonstrated successful track record within sales is a must
*Team player who can work with multiple departments to deliver results
*A self starter who is resourceful and creative with their approach
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
*Undergraduate business degree required
