The following are the primary goals for a Sales Director at Broadview Networks:

 

·         Drives sales and revenue growth by meeting and exceeding defined sales goals/quotas.

·         Interviews and trains new sales team members.

·         Supervises, leads and develops a 5+ member team of Account Executives.  Plans, assigns and directs work, conducts performance appraisals, rewards and disciplines team and resolves all issues.

·         Analyzes reports, statistics and metrics.

·         Daily/weekly reporting to VPs.

·         Continually analyzes current market conditions with respect to product, price, etc.

·         This position requires the Sales Director to actively keep his/her own sales funnel.

 

Requirements:

 

·         Prior Telecommunications sales experience a MUST.

·         3-5 years of management experience.

·         5-10 years of industry experience.

·         Firm understanding of the sales process.

·         In depth knowledge of the market place and competition.

·         Adept at prospecting, funnel management and closing business.

·         Demonstrated success as a top sales leader and a proven track record of prior sales achievements.
