Immediate job opportunity in Charlotte, NC looking for energetic, self-motivated and determined marketing and sales professional. Candidate should be goal oriented, a team player, and have the ability to focus on resident and family satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

* Close leads generated through media, direct mail, special events and referral sources.
* Conduct prompt follow-up of inquires and leads via the phone as well as in writing.
* Conduct presentations to prospects and family members.
* Implement senior prospecting activities which are planned and coordinated with the Executive Director, Marketing Director and Regional Sales Director.
* Assist prospective residents, their family members and/or advisors in the decision-making process by understanding their needs and how we can meet and exceed their expectations.
* Develop and maintain relationships with potential referral sources

We seek the following qualifications:

* Minimum of 2-5 years of proven sales experience.
* Start Up and Entry Fee experience preferred.
* Fundraising experience a plus
* Ability to build effective relationships and close sales a must!
* Must possess ability to professionally represent BSL and ultimately increase resident occupancy.
* Bachelors degree in marketing, business or related degree preferred.
* Driven, with excellent presentation skills.
* Computer proficiency and excellent verbal and written communication required.
* Experience with REPS contact management software or other CRM software preferred.
