Basic Functions:
The primary responsibilities of this position consists of the ability to consistently meet and exceed community sales objectives, maintain a backlog of the sales throughout the year, build positive customer relationships while executing the community marketing plan. Additional responsibilities include working with other departments internally and working with outside contacts as necessary to achieve corporate sales objectives. Manage administrative functions of the sales office module, and ensuring community and model appearance is to our standards. Requires a high degree of coordination and immediate response to handle situations regarding daily operations and weekly/monthly planning.
Must be able to work retail type hours, every weekend and week nights.
Must be able to exceed sales objectives consistently, prospect and farm your own leads, help drive traffic to your community, build positive relationships, ability to read and interpret documents such as quality standards, processes and specifications. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or different levels of associates within the organization. Understands departmental objectives and how they relate to overall business operations. Responsible for consistent and predictable control of operations. Building relationships, Listening, Customer Service and Holding Others Accountable. Use of Microsoft office applications.
