Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent. One or more years experience in sales and marketing office preferred.
This position requires great customer service; basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, data entry; detail orientation; and excellent organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities
The Marketing Coordinator will assist with all pre-sales activities at our newest community, Grants Farm Manor in St. Louis, MO, including telephone sales, event participation, sales correspondence, data input and management and deposit processing. This position requires a candidate with excellent attention to detail and finely-tuned customer service and sales skills.
