As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible and accountable for completing assigned in-store merchandising activities to meet or exceed the customer’s expectations.  You will record and communicate required data regarding the execution of work and will represent Procter & Gamble at store level.  These activities may include, but are not limited to:  planogram resets, store remodels, POP/POS placement, data collection, display building, and new item placement.  Retail merchandisers are on-call resources that typically work 15-24 hours per week.  Specific days and hours are determined on an individual basis based on the needs of the work in that area.  

 

We are seeking individuals who are looking for PERMANENT PART-TIME WORK. This position DOES NOT LEAD TO FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT.

 

Basic Physical Job Requirements:

Move about for prolonged periods of time over medium to long distances Remain in place for periods of time Carry objects over short to medium distances Lift the amount of weight specified in the job description Intermittent to frequent pushing and pulling of objects Intermittent to frequent bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, and climbing Repetitively grasp and manipulate small light to medium weight items Reach overhead Operate a computer or handheld device Operate and drive a motor vehicle Work the number of hours and/or schedule as outlined in the job description Travel with overnight stays as outlined in the job description
Retail Merchandiser requirements include: ·      RM must be available up to 5 days per week, minimum 3 days per week. ·      Strong time management and organizational skills. ·      Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. ·      Able to work effectively with others ·      Ability to use appropriate technology for your position (i.e. handheld computer, phone) MUST HAVE INTERNET ACCESS ·      Able to lift 40-50 pounds with ease and dexterity. ·      Able to work at various heights setting up displays, fixtures, shelving and products, which may require bending  at the waist/knees and squatting             frequently.·      Able to tolerate exposure to store and warehouse conditions including wide variances in temperature, dust and dirt. ·      Must have a reliable means of transportation and be able to spend up to 30% of the day traveling to and from accounts safely in city, rural        and expressway conditions.·      Candidates may require a valid driver's license, reliable car and proof of insurance.   No phone calls accepted.  Qualified Candidates will be contacted.  Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, refugee, asylee or lawful permanent resident. Procter & Gamble is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
