AccountPros is currently seeking a Business Development / Sales Associate to concentrate on marketing and selling direct-hire staffing services for our office in Dallas office.  AccountPros® is a national leader in executive search and financial staffing, serving the accounting and finance community for nearly 20 years. Primary responsibilities for this position include the following:

Develop, sell and manage target accounts both assigned and prospected to establish business relationships.Assess and place qualified candidates in permanent positions for clients based on pre-determined criteria.  Develop professional relationships with clients to ensure control of the placement process.Conduct presentations to decision makers in order to secure business and service objectives.Maintain individual accountability for all performance goals weekly.Maintain all business agreements and standards established by AccountPros including pricing, service standards, and accounts receivable.

 

The ideal candidate will possess:

1-5 years experience in a sales function within a service industry a plusA strong work ethic and a high level of self-motivationStrong negotiation skills, strong listening skills, and a solid business senseAn insatiable drive to achieve his/her personal goals which are aligned with the AccountPros corporate goalsAccountability for their own financial and professional growth – we will give you the tools and support to get there…the rest is up to you!A 4 – year college degree is required
