Job Purpose:

Serve customers by helping them select products for individual need. Provide an exceptional and memorable shopping experience every time.

Duties:

·       Answer phone using company customized tag line.

·       Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.

·       Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters: suggesting items.

·       Advises customers by providing information on products

·       Helps customers make selection on a one on one basis by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and personal opinions

·       Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.

·       Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.

·       Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related goals and getting results as needed.

·       Professional appearance and sales techniques.

·       Aptitude for customer service and sales techniques.

·       Answer and resolve specific customer questions and concerns.

·       Ensure a safe, clean and pleasant retail environment for our customers shopping experience.

·       Be creative with displays and merchandizing
