Job Purpose: Sales Associate

Serve customers by helping them select products for individual need. Provide an exceptional and memorable shopping experience every time.

Duties:

Answer phone using company customized tag line.Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters: suggesting items.Advises customers by providing information on productsHelps customers make selection on a one on one basis by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and personal opinionsKeeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related goals and getting results as needed.Professional appearance and sales techniques.Aptitude for customer service and sales techniques.Answer and resolve specific customer questions and concerns.Ensure a safe, clean and pleasant retail environment for our customers shopping experience.Be creative with displays and merchandizing
