Job Description
Liberty Mutual is currently searching for top sales representatives to join their Business to Business Commercial sales team.

The Sales Associate will be responsible for calling on executives of targeted businesses in the assigned market to sell commercial property and casualty insurance. Products include but are not limited to workers compensation, commercial property, general liability and commercial auto.

Training
Working closely with your Sales Manager and experienced Account Executives, you will participate in a comprehensive 4 month training program focused on licensing, product knowledge, selling skills and cultivating the prospect solicitation process. During the training program, you will also assist in renewing Property & Casualty accounts by developing customer relationships, assessing and responding to customer needs, and coordinating the risk management process.

After completing the training program, you will become an Account Representative with new business responsibilities within an assigned territory.

Compensation
A competitive base salary while in training that continues with you upon completion of the training program. At this time you will also be eligible to participate in our sales incentive plan, which is our commission bonus structure. Qualifications: Required
Highly effective oral and written communication skills, including presentation, persuasion, tact and negotiation skills required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a business to business selling environment along with a proven track record of success in sales and prospecting is preferred. General working knowledge of company's services, products and marketing techniques, insurance contracts, funding and rating preferred but is not required; as normally acquired through a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
