Sales Associate, Brides.com Condé Nast Publications, Inc. is one of the largest and most successful magazine publishers in the world, offering more than 35 publications to our readers.  The company’s reputation for excellence is the result of our commitment to publish the best consumer, trade and lifestyle magazines such as Vogue, GQ, Vanity Fair, The New Yorker, Brides and many more.   We are seeking a Sales Associate to support a team of advertising sales professionals at Brides.com.  Brides.com is the online home of Brides, Modern Bride and Elegant Bride magazines.  Brides.com brings the editorial excellence and renowned brands of Condé Nast magazines to digital media.    The Sales Associate is responsible for: Providing general administrative support, such as: phone coverage, expenses, calendar management, and travel arrangements. Contributing to the creation of the bi-annual competitive magazine/website report and analysis. Creating and coordinating bridal show calendars Creating PowerPoint presentations (RFP’s, media kits, etc.) Running and updating sales, makegood and other reports Serving as point of contact for office-related issues Candidates should have an interest in pursuing a career in online sales, advertising or marketing, as this is an opportunity to learn and grown in a successful sales department.  The position requires a bachelor’s degree and some relevant work experience, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Candidates should also be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, have professional phone skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to support multiple individuals in a fast-paced environment.     .
