This is accomplished by cultivating a unique environment where each Sales Representative is empowered to market and sell their own community of homes through their own entrepreneurial ideas and style. RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will assume full responsibility to influence the decision process and communicate value to our buyers through in-depth needs analysis. In addition, you will demonstrate the home and pre-qualify the buyer for financing. In addition to consultative selling, each Sales Representative will use their creative ability to initiate target marketing for their community through means such as direct mail, referral parties, grand opening celebrations and presentations. Additional responsibilities include: Performing cost-estimates Presenting purchase agreements Assisting your customers in matching the correct financing program to their needs Demonstrating homesites/lots Understanding and demonstrating blueprints/siteplans Maintaining the overall image of the community CORPORATE TRAINING: NVR's basic Sales Training Program takes approximately 2-6 months to complete. It consists of centralized classroom training, supplemented with extensive training in the employee's Division. On an ongoing basis, additional sales training is provided at the Corporate, Regional and Divisional level. Training topics range from Sales Negotiating to Construction Knowledge for Sales to Closing Skills.
