Unit Summary:  This position is located at the Parks & Resorts West Coast Sales & Marketing Office, located in Fresno, California. 

 Your Role: The successful candidate will be responsible providing guidance  and leadership to DNC Parks & Resorts units and related online and offline agencies in overseeing the strategy and implementation of media and marketing plans, and branding for both traditional and online media. Guide properties and agency partners for effective integration of all marketing pillars and channel readiness.  Assure all standards for sales and marketing process are followed. Responsible for providing leadership and support to DNC Parks & Resorts units and marketing teams to ensure implementation website content strategy. Work closely with eCommerce management to assist in the development of new web sites functionality to support integration with overall marketing strategy.

Our Expectations: The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, in addition to a minimum of five years’ experience in travel, lodging or cruise background. Must be current with modern and evolving marketing techniques and consumer trends. Highly detail-oriented and strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time.
