Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Executive for WSFS Bank is responsible for the sales and marketing of ATM services for WSFS Bank?s ATM program in the Bank?s core marketplace. Is also responsible for sales and marketing support for Cash Connect?s existing product lines including vault cash, processing, ATM equipment, Cash Management and advertising solutions for Financial Institutions (FIs), Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) and local retailers. Is responsible for the prospecting of customers, marketing support, and customer service of existing customer relationships. Works independently with management review throughout the process. Travel to prospective client sites, vendor sites and ATM sites as necessary. Occasionally, overnight stay may be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must have a bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Finance and/or Marketing. Must have thorough knowledge of marketing functions and automation. Must have good understanding of banking and technology applications in banking environments. Must have knowledge of ATM equipment and functionality. Will preferably have a strong network of local business contacts. Incumbent must have high degree of analytical ability, as he/she will be performing site profitability analysis Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience in sales and marketing, preferably of ATMs or Financial Services. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent listening and presentation skills. Must have high degree of problem solving ability. Must have the flexibility and creativity that is essential for a ?start-up? or young business. Possession of entrepreneurial qualities could be advantageous.
