J & B Pallets is a leading manufacturer in the packaging industry with a market presence in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa. We are currently seeking a Sales Account Manager with experience in the packaging needs of manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities include:

· Generate new sales leads

· Secure meetings with prospects

· Construct customer proposals

· Conduct in-person sales presentations

· Negotiate and close deals

· Forge long-term customer relationships

Key targets include high volume manufacturers, retail groups, transporters, and distribution centers.

Successful candidates must demonstrate:

An ability to secure meetings, forge relationships, and close deals A proven and solid sales track record Effective communications skills Strong customer service skills
