We’re looking for true consultative sales people with a true understanding of the employment needs for today’s hospitals and other healthcare organizations.  You will be working hand in hand with your clients to build true cutting-edge recruitment solutions.  As an Account Manager you will be the “face of Monster”, actively in the field helping healthcare clients fulfill their recruitment needs.

 

We have found that an effective Account Manager at Monster can come from a variety of different backgrounds.  What we need is a talent, so here is a little guidance…

 

Requirements:

·         5+ years of sales experience

·         Bachelors degree from an accredited university

 

Preferences…don’t be afraid to point these out when you apply:

·         Experience within the healthcare sector

·         Business to Business or Business to Hospital sales

·         Solution based/Consulting based selling

·         Formal training in the sales discipline…tell us about it

·         Sales experience in the employment/human resources/recruiting space

·         Building long-term customer relationships

·         Sales experience in the local market

·         Demonstrated sales achievements…tell us the numbers
