Responsibilities include:
-Visiting prospective and established customers on site to develop their Yellow Pages andInternet advertising. New customer leads are provided.
-Meeting and exceeds aggressive sales quotas.
-Discussing customers' business strategies and develops local search advertising programs to meet their needs using custom software applications
-Preparing advertising layouts and background information for recommended advertising programs to meet the needs of eachcustomer
-Organizing and prioritizing work to meet customer anddirectory deadlines
-Executing contracts for billing and handles detailed paperwork
-Contacting delinquent accounts for payment
-Utilizing state-of the art media planning tools.
Qualifications
What we need from you:
-Ability to achieve, and desire to surpass, individual and team sales targets
Strong listening and probing skills with the ability to adapt quickly to a fast paced, deadline-driven work environment
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Internet proficiency
-Willingness to accept a base plus commission position
-Experience with Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
-Commissioned sales experience
-Bachelor s degree preferred
-Ability to attend world class sales training in Dayton, Ohio for six weeks
-Ability to travel overnight approximatley 50% of the time throughout the year
