Job Purpose:
The successful candidate will sell Woodbury Products (products for incontinence care) and services to potential and existing customers within a geographically defined area.
Duties:
* The Territory Manager Position is an outside face to face sales position calling on Care Giver Facilities, Home Health Care Facilities, Nursing Homes, various associations and other people who can refer clients to you who are in need of Incontinence Products.
* Establishes new accounts by calling on new business and existing opportunities; identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales-call schedule; setting appointments with potential customers.
* Closes sale by demonstrating benefit to the customer; up selling, explaining costs involved; obtaining contract signatures.
* Meets Woodbury Products sales objectives by maintaining prospect list; discussing progress with Sales VP; identifying obstacles in closing agreements; developing solutions to improve closing ratio.
* Maintains Woodbury Products customer satisfaction by maintaining rapport with current accounts; evaluating service level; identifying and resolving problems; escalating problems for appropriate resolutions.
* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by understanding new incontinence care technologies; attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Skills/Qualifications:
Preferable candidate would have experience as Coordinator and or Cargegiver with Home Health Care/Care Giver Facilities. A sales backkground and entrepreneural spirit in creating and opening new markets; comfortable with Florida (for Florida position) Med Waiver Programs.
