Job Description:
The Home Depot, Home Services, Inc. provides in home sales and service to The Home Depot’s growing base of "do it for me" customers. Our services include a full line of replacement windows, siding, roofing, fencing and gutters products and installation services. The Home Depot, Home Services, Inc. provides customers with the every day value and uncompromising customer service that has made The Home Depot so successful.

Recruit, hire, train and prepare performance appraisals for new Sales Consultants ensuring new hires understand their job responsibilities. As well as, coach, counsel and discipline in order to enhance performance by providing ongoing training, reviewing appointment results and performing "ride alongs" with the Sales Consultants.

Ensure the store program is being followed by performing store walks, attending store meetings and communicating best practices with Sales Consultants and other Store Managers

Ensure overall sales performance improves each month with quarterly forecasts, Monthly Business Reviews and Action Plans by working with the Sales Consultants, including monitoring each performance metric on a daily basis.




Essential Skills Able to work as part of a team and provide leadership/direction

Proven recruitment experience

Conduct effective sales presentations in customer's homes, as required in order to train Sales Consultants or cover territory appointments in case of absenteeism.

Commitment to meeting daily, weekly and monthly deadlines

Able to lift up to 55 pounds

Competitive, effective coach with a mentoring management style, sales management experience, successful recruiting experience, sense of urgency
