State Cleaning Solutions, State Industrial Product's newest division, is a fast growing business addressing the cleaning and sanitation needs of the food service and hospitality markets with innovative custom cleaning programs. In this entry-level full-time field sales/service position, you are responsible for selling and servicing new accounts as you continue to grow and service existing accounts of restaurant, lodging, and other institutional food service customers. You are the solution for appreciative customers who operate around the clock. Your responsibilities will include: While working independently, you will learn your customers' operations, understand their cleaning challenges, and devise cleaning solutions to meet their needsCombine your sales and prospecting skills with your mechanical aptitude to install and repair dish machines, laundry equipment, and dispensing systemsNo overnight travelJump start your career with a training program that includes on-the-job training and classroom training at our corporate headquarters We'd like to hear from you if you live in the York area and have: Route sales / service experienceProven ability to be resilient, persuasive, and deliver resultsMechanical reasoning ability and problem solving skills to troubleshoot and repair equipment and dispensing systems Strong planning & organizational skills, flexibility to adapt and adjust your day to assist your customersAble to lift and/or carry 60 poundsIndustry related experience in food service or hospitality preferred All candidates must be able to pass the DOT physical, pre-employment drug test and background check, and must have an acceptable Motor Vehicle record.
