Want to make your living by playing with the hottest and trendiest toys in the world?

Novelty, Inc. sells what’s hot and provides our customers with 10 to 15 new items each week, many of which are based on the biggest brands including Disney, NBA, NASCAR, Universal Studios, Dream Works and many more. We guarantee that it sells! Your job is to service and existing customer base of 60 to 80 stores and insure our product is displayed in impulse positions and grow sales

How much can you make?

Novelty, Inc. reps are commission based with a base pay.
Average reps make in the mid 40’s
Top Reps can make over $80K
Weekly pay plus monthly bonus
Year end Presidents Club- Last year our top 50 reps and an individual of their choice enjoyed a fully paid retreat in Cancun (The 10th trip we have made) Yes the route sales people

We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented individual with a "no excuses" attitude. The successful individual will have route sales experience, a strong workdrive, strong leadership skills, and will be passionate about their career.

This position requires the ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods, and to work in all weather conditions. Must be able to perform frequent lifting of 15 - 60 pounds. You will be responsible for safely operating a 15' step van. You must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test.
