Job Title: Part - Time Client Service Representative
Department: Retail Banking

Description of Position:
Operates a client service station to perform a variety of basic banking transactions while maintaining accurate records. Supports “Clients First” strategy by providing quality service to clients. Has a strong knowledge of bank products and services. Acts as a backup to other Client Service Representatives as needed. Assist the branch in achieving low-cost deposit balance growth goal for the office through servicing the clients and identifying new opportunities. Assist the branch in achieving total deposit growth goal for the office through servicing the clients and identifying new opportunities. Assist the branch in achieving total loan growth goal for the office through servicing the clients and identifying new opportunities. Perform CSR function proficiently as evidenced by low cash differences in the teller transaction processing. Apply rules, regulations, bank policy, and compliance procedures to actively prevent loss of bank assets while providing clients with an exceptional experience. Keep informed of all applicable rules, regulations, bank policy, audit and compliance procedures, to actively prevent loss of bank assets while providing clients with an exceptional experience. Adhere to all regulatory compliance issues linked to the job and the team and understand how theses issues help the bank achieve the vision of remaining an independent bank (required for all staff).
Qualifications:
Must have at least six (6) months to 1 year of recent cash handling, customer service and sales experience. Must have reliable transportation and be able to work a flexible schedule based on the hours of operation of the branch office, to include a Saturday a.m. rotation. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to lift 25 lbs. Qualified candidates must also have proven success in the following areas; demonstrating results, exceeding client expectations, adaptability, team player and strong relationship builder, reliability and highly motivated.
