Our Salt Lake City, Utah Transportation Programs unit is looking to add an experienced Roadway/Highway Design Group Manager to their expanding team.  The primary responsibilities for this role will include:

Serving as the lead civil engineer on various highway and roadway projects for DOT and other local clients Managing the design and production of engineering documents Supervising and mentoring engineering and other technical staff Conducting marketing and business development activities with transportation agencies

Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering, a Master's of Science degree would be preferred Must have a current PE license, a Utah license is desired 10+ years of progressive experience and familiarity with Utah DOT procedures, guidelines and regulations is required Must be able to demonstrate the ability to perform business development functions, monitor financial performance and direct design staff and account for utilization and training A working knowledge of NEPA Transportation processes is desired Any Design Build and CM/GC delivery experience is preferred
